- Vedic astrology reports generated through software
- “Ask Astrologer” question-based responses
- Written astrology analysis
- Call consultations
All services are delivered digitally and do not involve any physical shipment.
5. Service Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Astrology Reports: 6 to 24 hours
- Ask Astrologer: 6 to 24 hours
- Written Analysis: up to 48 hours
- Call Consultation: scheduled within 3 to 5 days based on availability
These timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or technical factors.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate birth details and other required information while placing an order.
- If incorrect details are entered, you may request correction within 6 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, additional charges may apply for generating a new report.
- Kundli.pro is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
7. Payments
All payments on Kundli.pro are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Supported payment methods include:
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- EMI options (via Razorpay)
International payments are currently not supported on this platform.
8. No Cancellation Policy
- Ask Astrologer services are non-cancellable once submitted.
- Call consultations cannot be cancelled, but may be rescheduled via WhatsApp, subject to availability.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Kundli.pro, including reports, text, design, software, and branding, is the intellectual property of Kundli.pro or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kundli.pro provides astrology-based insights for guidance purposes only.
Under no circumstances shall Kundli.pro be held liable for:
- Any decisions made by users based on reports or consultations
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
11. Account Suspension or Termination
Kundli.pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if:
- False information is provided
- The platform is misused
- There is any violation of these Terms of Use
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Kundli.pro shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
